I’m Meg Kennedy and for more than two decades I’ve worked with people who want to understand themselves more deeply, break long running patterns and create a life, career and identity that actually feels like home. My work sits at the intersection of identity, inner work, mindset, leadership, emotional wellbeing and personal transformation, at its core, I help people reclaim who they are and who they’re becoming.

For over 20 years, I’ve supported individuals, leaders, survivors of relationship or workplace trauma, professionals navigating major life transitions and people who are simply ready for something more. Some come to rebuild after difficult seasons. Others come because they’re ready to grow into a stronger, more grounded version of themselves. Whoever they are, the common thread is this, they’re ready for change that actually lasts.

My background weaves together corporate leadership, coaching, behavioural work, wellbeing, business culture and identity development. I’ve led teams, shaped cultures, coached individuals through burnout and reinvention and supported organisations to create environments where people feel safe, engaged and capable of doing their best work.

My work recognises that everything is connected, our relationships, families, workplaces, friendships and the way we see ourselves. When one area shifts, the rest follows and my approach supports the whole person, not just one part of their life.

I’ve also walked the hard roads myself, the kind that reshape you from the inside out. Those experiences deeply inform the way I work. I understand what it means to lose yourself and rebuild. I understand the courage it takes to change. And I know that transformation is never one dimensional, it’s emotional, practical, identity based, and deeply personal.

Today, my coaching combines inner work, identity exploration, mindset strengthening, self-leadership development and practical strategy, delivered in a way that is grounded, intuitive and deeply human. My approach is not a one size fits all. It adapts to who you are, where you’ve been and where you’re ready to go without overwhelming you or pushing you before you’re prepared.
